Philippe brings over five years of experience in government affairs across the financial services and energy sectors. At OneMain Financial, he rose from analyst to Associate Director of Public Policy, representing the firm before the U.S. Congress and state legislatures. He also served as the firm’s Interim Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, leading cross-functional efforts to improve its ESG ratings.

He previously held policy roles with Chevron, the New York State Assembly, and the UK House of Commons. He is currently completing a master’s degree at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, concentrating in energy and technology policy, with a focus on critical minerals and AI policy.
