Raymundo brings over two decades of experience in public service and strategic advisory roles. Between 2004 and 2023, he served at the highest levels of government in Mexico, including as Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of Mexico and Chief of Staff to the Governor of the State of Mexico, supporting political planning, government agenda development, and high-level decision-making during periods of significant national challenges.

After transitioning to the private sector, he served as CEO of Blue Planet LLC, a U.S.-based company tasked with structuring and developing an International Sustainability Center in Guatemala. Since 2024, he has held leadership roles at Hallow Energy Corp, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on energy transition and circular economy projects.
